First year GPA 93. Awarded one of the three Excellence in Design awards given in the year (out of 80 students) based on academic performance. Chosen by the dean of architecture to represent Bezalel at the 2012 annual International Conference of the Israeli Architectural Association.

A national boarding school for gifted students; widely considered Israel’s premier secondary school. Majored in art. Graduated with outstanding honors (GPA over 95). National Matriculation scores 110. Received National Shazar prize in art history. Thesis: “Comparison of Mosaics in Churches and Synagogues in Israel during the Byzantine Era.”

Awarded and declined the Joseph and Silvia Slifka Scholarship to attend Brandeis University. Declined the honor due to lack of Architecture program at the school
Jewish and Palestinian students study college level computer programming and business skills, taught by MIT graduates. Emphasis on leadership skills and working in a professional multi-cultural environment. Nine percent acceptance rate into the program.
Work experience
Interned for Baumschlager Eberle architecture in Lochau Austria (August 2012-February 2013). Worked on competition teams, drew presentation plans, built architectural study models and assisted in composing a retrospective housing typologies book. Interned for a+i architecture in New York city (September-October 2011). Position included drawing fit plans, construction plans, detail research and on site surveys.

Art Exhibitions
Accepted into the Sea Breeze Artists’ Colony in Bat Yam (August 2011). Exhibited in the Liminal Space exhibit. Youngest participant accepted. IASA group exhibition in Jerusalem (2008).
Fitness instructor and sports manager for the Air Force Staff Training Institute (2008-2010). Non-commissioned Sergeant in the reserves. Received the outstanding soldier award during basic training. Nominated for fitness instructor of the year award. Position entailed management of the fitness program for two hundred soldiers, and included building workout plans, training soldiers in the gym and in field, tracking participation and injuries and organizing sports events. Internationally certified personal trainer. Also certified in spinning, aerobics and kickboxing.
Israeli Air Force Service
PR for the MEET program (2007-2009) - Assisted in represented the program in fundraising and public relations. Chaired an event for 90 Harvard Business School students in Israel.
PMDI project (2007) - Chosen as business manager for five person team. Built a website to support home businesses of Palestinian women. Connected the client and the programming team, gave milestone presentations, developed PR strategy, as well as computer programming with the team.
Apollo project (2006) - Chosen as business manager for a seven person team. Wrote a mock business plan that included: marketing strategy, market segmentation, price and placement of the product.

Community Involvments
Volunteer Program Coordinator
General coordinator of “Big Brother, Big Sister” type mentoring program for children with academic or social difficulties. Responsible for twenty participants (2007-2008).
Artistic coordinator for an art therapy group. Designed the mural painted on the walls of the community center, where the art therapy took place and managed the artistic projects (2005-2006).
Additional Involvements
Council for children’s well being (2007) – worked on a group research project on the subject of child poverty. The findings were presented to members of Parliament and other government officials.
Participated in the Israel Model UN program (2006-2008).
Mentored in a “Big Sister” type program (2005).
Peace Child. Israelis and Palestinians put on a play together. Responsible for set design (2005).
